- Important points to be completed before embarking on your trip!
Prior to Departure:
- Proposal / contract is negotiated and agreed upon
- Brochure & registration form are created and printed after proofs are approved by the group leader / coordinator
- Receive brochures & registration forms. Promote your tour, sign up members, forward registrations & deposits to The Catholic Pilgrim Office.
6 Months
- Passengers 50% balance due*
70 Days
- Passengers full balance due*
60 Days
- Final passenger roster, rooming list and TSA form due from the group leader*
- Receive your final package containing airline tickets, tip money & schedule, air/hotel schedule
2-4 weeks
- passenger manifest & rooming list, hotel vouchers, name tags, luggage tags
* Can be completed earlier
Being prepared ahead of time is crucial for the most positive and succesful experience - the above constitutes and excellent guideline to ensure you and your party enjoys your vacation to it's fullest!

Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable (unless appropriate Travel Insurance has been arranged at time of booking). Some Tours may offer Cancellation Terms unique to that tour - always confirm Cancellation Policies and secure appropriate Travel Insurance at the time of your Booking to avoid dissapointment. Third party credit cards bookings will only be processed after receiving written confirmation from the card holder. You will be required to fax us a copy of the back and front of 3rd party cardholders' credit card, (make it as light as possible so that it is legible) along with a copy of the cardholder's driver's license, along with their address so we can verify address to credit card. The 3rd party cardholder will also need to write on the fax that he/she accepts responsiblity for payment of the charges (put amount) and a signature will be required. All fraudulent purchase will be investigated and prosecuted.
